Delivery & Returns

Whilst we strive to be a Global Player in the Coffee Industry; we are a small bespoke coffee company currently and thus unfortunately we are only able to service delivery in the United Kingdom & Ireland.(as shown within the delivery options at checkout). If you are ‘from across the pond’ in the United States or European mainland, and are keen as mustard that you would like our products, please feel free to email us at sales@austringerandco.co.uk and we will do all we can to get you the product you desire. Smaller orders may be sent via Royal Mail; larger orders may be sent by courier and may require a signature. Please make sure you keep the receipts which will accompany your order.

International deliveries may be subject to local taxes and/or duty.

We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Whenever applicable, the total cost and details of delivery charges will be explained in full at the basket page. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer a collection service.

We have introduced a delivery calculator at the basket page to work out available delivery options for your order based on location, size and value. Whilst we can't guarantee a next working day delivery, orders will be sent on the quickest delivery option available.

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g. problems obtaining authorisation for your payment) and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Occasionally we may not be able to ship to certain locations within the UK - we will of course let you know as soon as possible if this is the case and process a full refund.
